While all possible care is taken to reproduce product images, names and descriptions and prices accurately, SA showcase cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in this regard as each Supplier is expected to review their own products and immediately notify the Showcase of any inaccuracies or ommisions.

All Trademarks and Registered Trademarks are the property of their respective owners and the Showcase cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyrights or trademarks, should it be included as part of a product name, image, or description. The responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions in this regard lies with each Supplier.

All prices displayed by the Suppliers are deemed to be inclusive of Value Added Tax and subject to confirmation and availability of stock.

By no means will the Supplier be bound to supply the exact goods as described in the text, and the Supplier may offer an equivalent substitute, which the Buyer is not bound to accept. At worst the Buyer's order for the particular product will either be cancelled, or, if paid, credited to his account, or refunded, either of which is the Buyer's choice and which will occur within 7 days after confirmation of payment made.

The delivery (or return) of the goods will be for the account of the Buyer and the Buyer will have the choice of delivery method, unless the Supplier specifically includes delivery as part of the price. Insurance of the goods while in transit should be catered for by the Buyer, unless specified otherwise by the supplier in the product description.

Under no circumstances will the SA Showcase be involved in either the collection of payment or the delivery of goods on behalf of either party, and will strictly remain a metamediary that merely facilitates the transaction between the Buyer and the Supplier.

The SA Showcase cannot vouch for the quality or availabilty of the goods supplied by the Supplier, nor guarantee payment to the Supplier.
